Directions for Use

Samrat’s Epoxy Resin Deo 301 is a multifaceted system that exhibits high penetration and strong adhesive properties. Fabricators can us e this system for:

Imparting an immense wet-look effect to the surface
Markedly improving the life of the stone
Imparting extreme shine and gloss to the stone surface
Filling and repairing all surface defects such as: pinholes, fissures, hair thin cracks and large surface cracks
Adhering stone pieces together

Grind the stone using desired set of abrasives
Thoroughly mix 3 parts in weight of Epoxy Resin Deo 301 Part A with 1 part of Epoxy Resin Deo 301 Part B
Coat the surface with the resin mixture using a cotton roller
Ensure to coat in straight long swaths in two mutually perpendicular directions along the surface of the stone
Allow at least 24 hours for the coating to cure completely
Polish the stone to reveal a smooth and shiny surface with greatly enhanced color
