Samrat’s Epoxy Resin TRD 201 is the best-in-class product for filling and repairing surface fissures when the natural color of the stone is to be preserved. Epoxy Resin TRD 201 is completely transparent and does not impart any color onto the coated surface. A single coat of this system is usually sufficient for most types of surface defects, and ascribing to its transparency even large surface cracks can be repaired by double coating if needed.

Grind the stone using desired set of abrasives
Thoroughly mix 2 parts in weight of Epoxy Resin TRD 201 Part A with 1 part of Epoxy Resin TRD 201 Part B
Coat the surface with the resin mixture using a cotton roller
Ensure to coat in straight long swaths in two mutually perpendicular directions along the surface of the stone
Allow at least 24 hours for the coating to cure completely
Polish the stone to reveal a smooth and shiny surface with all surface deformities repaired and the natural color of the stone preserved
